CJ Grad has turned a childhood passion into a successful career as a unique jewelry designer. Her journey began at age 15 when, as a high school student, she began soldering silver charms onto bracelets. At age 19 she launched what was the foundation of her career when, having saved up enough money to carry out her dream, she bought a jewelry store from a retiring jeweler in a suburb of Chicago.  

Today, with over 28 years of experience, CJ still loves designing custom jewelry with the rare gem stones and diamonds that she personally hand picks. She strives to create pieces that fit all lifestyles and can be worn in many different ways.  As part of the creative process, CJ reviews her design drawings and waxes from multiple views and in different dimensions.  She is committed to remaining innovative in the design of her jewelry that best compliments her client's vision for each unique statement piece. 

During this past year, CJ is very excited to announce that she will be working directly with STEELX, a company that will be producing and marketing some of her new designs in stainless steel including signature pieces. CJ understands that clients should have choices.

CJ's greatest joy is making fine jewelry and redesigning treasured estate pieces while making friends at the same time. She takes the time to get to know her clients in order to create designs that fit their taste and personal style.
